Because when switching between running and walking the speed changes instantly, in Rome 1 you had a unit take a while to slow down to a halt. (I would also love a mod that decreases unit speeds and gives more momentum to the speed/weight of units.
You simply have to convert the soundtrack to the same one of Rome 2, whatever that is, and overwrite the appropriate track with the one from Rome. The original Rome soundtrack is available as single tracks. \Total War Rome II\data\ try to edit music.pack Since Rome 2 bases on the Empire engine, using this tool you might be able to extract or edit the music files: It is fabulous because it works even after being repeated 1'000 times. I like that idea, I love the Rome Total War soundtrack.
